Justice and Public Safety in Canada today

In most jurisdictions in Canada , the justice system is clogged with cases awaiting trial or awaiting sentencing.

Correctional institutions are crowded and in need of repair.

Governments have significant budget pressures and keeping people in jail can cost up to $155 per day. Housing one hundred people in jail can cost taxpayers $6 million annually.

Decades of research have shown that incarcerating the wrong individuals leads to disappointing and expensive results.

With its customized solutions and advanced technologies, JEMTEC is helping governments to effectively manage their priorities without compromising public safety.
